Our Response to COVID-19

The Team here at Pink Bean Coffee have been monitoring the current corona virus situation very closely, and our focus has been and will continue to be the health and safety of our employees and our customers.
Our customers have continued to be there for us and our team has continued to pull together in the safest way possible ensuring we are following all national, state and local guidelines.
Company wide we have implemented a text to order system with contact-less curbside pickup. In our Somerset store we have converted completely to window service with outside seating only.

  • We are requiring employees to sanitize/disinfect stations and surfaces, including outdoor tables every 30 minutes
  • We offer hand sanitizer at multiple locations in each store
  • We have posted signs requiring social distancing
  • We require the use of face masks and single-use gloves by all restaurant employees
  • Require the use of face masks by all customers
  • Installing plexiglass guards at the front counter in our Fall River location
  • Using infrared thermometers to perform pre-shift employee health checks
  • Working with our HVAC contractor to install ion diffusers to remove bacteria and viruses from the air flow in the stores

We are continuing to assess additional innovative safety measures on an ongoing basis as we monitor the progression of this pandemic.
